All the ingredients, including dough and all sauces are made fresh in our kitchen everyday. We have created an open kitchen for mothers and children to see exactly how the pizzas are made fresh each time. Neelima Saxena, the visionary chef and founder of Pizza Cucina, brings over many years of culinary expertise to redefine the art of pizza-making. A Le Cordon Bleu-certified chef, she has honed her skills at some of the world's top kitchens, including Nike World Headquarters, where she worked under the esteemed guidance of Chef Andrew.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Neelima is on a mission to craft healthier, yet equally indulgent versions of pizza that resonate with customers seeking a wholesome dining experience.
