· Orders can be placed through our website, phone or in-store.
· All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
· The acceptance of order shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or to accept or to cancel any order from any customer beyond our delivery area, without assigning any reason.
· Customers must provide accurate information during ordering.

4. Payments:

· All prices listed on our menu are in INR.
· Prices listed on our Menu are subject to change without prior notice.
· Prices listed on our menu are exclusive of applicable taxes, container and delivery charges.
· Payments must be made in full at the time of placing order.
· For ease of convenience in calculation and payment of tax, Pizza Cucina may round off applicable tax amount to nearest rupee as per normal rounding off tax method as provided under Section 170 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
· We accept Online payments and cash on delivery. Payments must be made through authorised payment gateways integrated on our sites.
· Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways such as Razor pay or Paytm.
· In the event of payment failure, the order will be considered invalid.

5. Delivery Policy

· Delivery is subject to availability of products and services.
· Delivery is chargeable and available within designated areas only.
· Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, traffic and other factors.
· Delivery partners are third-party agents; Pizza Cucina is not liable for delays caused by partner services
· Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Pizza Cucina is not responsible for delays or issued due to incorrect details.

6. Menu

· All pizza listed on our menu are measured in inches and are approximate
· Due to hand preparation and baking processes, actual size may slightly vary.
· By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this variance.
· We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our menu items on website.
· However, actual items may vary slightly from the images due to preparation methods, ingredient availability, cooking methods etc.
· We at Pizza Cucina take utmost care in preparation. Our pizzas are made in facilities that handle common allergens.
· Customers with allergies must notify us at the time of placing orders. Failing which we shall not be responsible for the same.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

· Online Orders once placed, cannot be changed/modified/cancelled by the Customer for any reason.
· However, customer can get updated on the status of the order by calling the restaurant directly.
· In case of in-store order, once order is placed, cancellation is not be possible if preparation has begun
· Food orders once delivered cannot be returned.
· If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory items), please contact us within one hour of delivery.
· Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at our discretion.
· In case of refunds, if your amount has been deducted from UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card or Net banking/Wallets, it usually takes 7-10 working days to get the amount back in your account.
